Shipping Information:

We ship orders as they come in. Orders may take upto 24 hrs to ship out from our facility. Once you place an order, depending on where you live, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days after placing it.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Once you place an order, you can log into your account, and check the status of your order. You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time before we process the order as long as you call our customer service department. After we have processed the order, however, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. Note that we usually process the orders as they come in to the system. In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first call us and then place a new order. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund. We will also gladly accept returns within 14 days of the sale date and issue a refund or exchange if the product you received from Babywuvinc is defective.

In the rare circumstance where a product is not in stock, we will let you know when it will be available to ship on the product page. We ship by Fedex grnd,3 day express saver, 2nd day or overnight. Our products are brand new sealed boxed. We accept American Express, Discover ,VISA, MASTERCARD and Paypal. We currently deliver only to the United States, Puerto Rico and Hawaii We do not ship international deliveries or to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO.
