Shipping Information:

We ship Fedex Ground. We usually ship the same day or the following business day. Once you place an order, depending on where you live, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days after placing it.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Once you place an order, you can log into your account, and check the status of your order. You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time before we process the order as long as you call our customer service department. After we have processed the order, however, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. Note that we usually process the orders as they come in to the system. In order to change an order after you have placed it, you must first call us and then place a new order. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of unopened packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund. We will also gladly accept returns within 14 days of the sale date and issue a refund or exchange if the product you received from Babywuvinc is defective.
